Have you ever felt like your life is running you instead of the other way around?

I get it. I really do.
For years I got caught up in all the things I had to do, unable to keep up with them while also nurturing my relationships, pursuing my hobbies, or even really caring for my health and well-being. The reason people so often refer to this as a juggling act is because that is exactly what it feels like. On a good day, it was a decision about which balls I’d let drop and which I’d manage to somehow keep airborne. On a not-so-good day it was more of a looking back in resignation to accept the fumbling that had occurred, and on a worse-still day, I scrambled around trying to gather all the dropped balls before they rolled out of reach under my dusty-bottomed couch.
Perhaps this sounds achingly familiar to you.
Or maybe it sounds like a walk in the park compared to your own juggling scenario.
But what if I told you that it didn’t have to be that way?
What if you let yourself stay open to the possibilities?
I’m so enamored with the potential around this idea right now!
I’ll be writing a series of blogposts relating to it, with the intention of working toward an online exploration program and book.
